Meet Lucia.  She’s our first Class of 2012 Senior Rep, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her… She’s adorable, amazing to work with, and (yes, we’re totally biased) she’s my cousin, too! :)

We had WAY too much fun running around Ballard and the U. District, dodging rain clouds and finding that gorgeous Seattle sunlight. ;)A big thanks to Swink Style Bar for doing a fabulous job on Lucia’s hair and makeup!!

We are optimists.  Which means that despite the fact that we live in the Pacific Northwest, we plan our shoots around that perfect, sunset light & then hope and pray that it actually shows up come the day of the session… and lucky for us, that beautiful golden sun (which we’ve seen much too little of so far this spring!) decided to make an appearance for Cate & Nick. :)

Everything about Ashley & Matt’s wedding reception on Saturday was fun & unique – from the dancing, games, and a million other amazing details – and we can’t wait to share photos of ALL of it!!  For now, though, we will leave you with the very entertaining photo booth pictures…
